DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Gift cards are available in £10 ans £20 denominations through the shop tab.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay for your goods online through the website using pay-pal, credit or debit card.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We pack our products carefully to ensure they are safe in the post.  If you receive a product that arrives damaged, please contact the office so we can remedy the situation.  Due to hygiene reasons, goods cannot be returned and refunded unless they are faulty or damaged.

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

You can place orders online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  If you contact me on my mobile and I'm not available, I'm probably busy mixing soap.  Please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as I can.

The workshop is open by appointment only.  Please call me on 0788 2885256 to arrange a visit.

We are also online or attending craft fairs and events.  A list of up to date craft fairs and events is on the events tab in the menu. 

You can organise a free click and collect from Melbourne Antiques - just make a note on your order and we'll email when the goods are ready to collect.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Melbourne Soap Company aims to process your order within 48 hours.

HOW DO I SIGN UP TO YOUR MAILING LIST?

If you would  like to join our mailing list to keep up to date, please sign up on the mailing list tab in the menu, or at the bottom of the page.  You can also follow us on social media Facebook, twitter and Instagram.

HOW DO I FIND WHERE YOUR STALL WILL BE POPPING UP AT EVENTS?

A list of up to date craft fairs and events is on the events tab in the menu.

WHAT IS THE EXPIRY DATE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

All our products are handmade in small batches.  The ingredients contain natural preservatives in their chemical structure to extend their shelf life, but they are not as strong as synthetic preservatives.
Soaps are use within 12 months of opening or first using.

CAN I USE YOUR SOAP IF I HAVE A SKIN ALLERGY?

Everyone's skin is different.  My soaps are made with allergies and people with skin conditions in mind.  They all contain specific ingredients to help calm, heal and moisturise the skin in a gentle and natural way.

Always test on a small area first, allergens are noted in the ingredients lists.

DO YOU HAVE A PRIVACY POLICY?

Melbourne Soap Company is registered with the ICO and follows all Data protection and GDPR regulations and law.  The Cookie and privacy policy is available to view in the 'more' section labelled Privacy Policy

WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE COSTS?

There are 2 choices for postage with teared costs depending on weight.  

1st Class

2-3 working days 

0-2kg £3.70 + £0.35 handling fee

Over 2 kg - Contact for a price

2nd Class

3-5 working days

0-2kg £3.00 + £0.35 handling fee

Over 2 kg - Contact for a price

Deliveries in DE73 are FREE - Select Local Free Delivery Option

Orders over £40.00 in value are FREE- Select this option at the checkout (2nd Class postage).  

CLICK AND COLLECT Service is available from Melbourne Antiques at Melbourne Hall Courtyard.

WHY DO YOU CHARGE £0.35 HANDLING FEE?

The £0.35 handling fee is towards the cost of packaging your goods to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP THE GOODS?

We aim to ship the goods within 48 hours of ordering.

WHAT IS YOUR PACKAGING MADE OF?

Our packaging is all recyclable or re-usable, made of card, paper, wood and natural fibers.
